Buick Enclave: Head Restraints
The front seats have adjustable head restraints for the outboard seating positions.
WARNING
If head restraints are not installed and adjusted correctly, occupants have a greater risk of neck or spinal injury in a crash.
Do not drive until the head restraints for all occupants are installed and adjusted properly.

Adjust the head restraint so the top of the restraint is at the same height as the top of the occupant's head. This position helps reduce the chance of a neck injury during a crash.

1. Pull the head restraint upward to raise it. To lower it, press the release button located on the head restraint post at the top of the seatback while pushing the head restraint down.
2. After releasing the button, push down on the head restraint to make sure it is locked securely in place.
The second-row seats have head restraints in the outboard seating positions that are not adjustable.
The third-row seats have headrests in the outboard seating positions that are not adjustable.
The head restraints and headrests in the Buick Enclave are not designed to be removed.
Before driving, take a moment to confirm that each occupant has a proper seating position and that the front head restraints are adjusted correctly for height.
