Buick Enclave 2008-2017 Owners Manual / Keys, Doors, and Windows / Interior Mirrors

Automatic Dimming Rearview Mirror

The vehicle may be equipped with an automatic dimming inside rearview mirror.

This feature helps reduce glare from the headlamps of vehicles behind you. Each time the ignition is turned to start, the dimming function becomes active and the indicator light illuminates.

► (On/Off): Press to turn the dimming feature on or off.

The Buick Enclave may also be equipped with a Rear Vision Camera (RVC). See Rear Vision Camera (RVC) for more information.

If the vehicle has RVC, the O button for switching the dimming feature on or off will not be available.

Vehicles equipped with OnStar also include three additional control buttons for the OnStar system. See OnStar Overview.

Cleaning the Mirror

Do not spray glass cleaner directly onto the mirror surface. Instead, use a soft towel lightly dampened with water.
