Buick Enclave: Head Restraint Adjustment. Safety Belts. Passenger Sensing System
Head Restraint Adjustment
Before driving, make sure the head restraints for every seating position are installed and adjusted correctly. Proper adjustment helps support the head and neck and can reduce the risk of injury in certain driving situations.
For a comfortable and safe seating position in the Buick Enclave, adjust the seatback only as much as needed while keeping the seat position and head restraint height properly aligned with the occupant.
For more information, see Head Restraints and Power Seat Adjustment.

Passenger Sensing System

United States

Canada and Mexico
The passenger sensing system can turn off the right front passenger frontal airbag under specific conditions. This system does not affect the driver frontal airbag, the seat-mounted side impact airbags, or the roof-rail airbags.
When the Buick Enclave is started, the passenger airbag status indicator appears on the instrument panel so the driver can confirm the current system status. See Passenger Sensing System for more information.
