Buick Enclave: Engine Oil Pressure Light. Security Light. High-Beam On Light
Engine Oil Pressure Light
WARNING
Do not continue driving if the oil pressure is low. Without proper oil pressure, the engine can overheat quickly and may become hot enough to catch fire.
Someone could be burned. Check the engine oil as soon as possible and have the vehicle serviced before driving farther.
Notice: Lack of proper engine oil maintenance can damage the engine. Repairs caused by improper oil maintenance would not be covered by the vehicle warranty.
Always follow the recommended maintenance schedule for engine oil changes and use the correct oil specification for the vehicle.

The oil pressure light should come on briefly when the engine is started.
If the light does not come on during start-up, have the Buick Enclave serviced by your dealer so the warning system can operate correctly.
If the light comes on and stays on, engine oil may not be flowing through the engine properly. The vehicle could be low on oil, or there may be another problem in the lubrication system that requires immediate attention.
Security Light

The security light should come on briefly when the engine is started.
If the system is working normally, the indicator light turns off after the start-up check. If it does not come on, have the vehicle serviced by your dealer.
If the light stays on and the engine does not start, there may be a problem with the theft-deterrent system.
This light also indicates the status of the anti-theft alarm system when the ignition is turned off.
The light will flash rapidly if the alarm system is arming and one or more monitored entry points are not fully closed. The light will stay on if the alarm is arming and all monitored entry points are closed.
For more information about this light and the Buick Enclave security system, see Anti-theft Alarm System.
High-Beam On Light

The high-beam on light comes on when the high-beam headlamps are in use.
This indicator helps the driver confirm that the high beams are active, especially when driving at night or in low-visibility areas. See Headlamp High/Low-Beam Changer for more information.
